Lewisham Primary Care Trust (PCT) was a NHS trust in London, England that provided primary care services to the residents of Lewisham. The PCT was responsible for commissioning health services from GPs, community health professionals and hospital based services. These included: family planning; sexual health; mental health; disability services; substance misuse; health screening programmes; minor surgery and vaccinations.

The PCT also ran local projects such as smoking cessation programmes, healthy living initiatives, teenage pregnancy advice and support, drug awareness campaigns and health promotion events.

The PCT closed on 31st March 2013 when it merged with other NHS organisations to form Lewisham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The CCG is responsible for commissioning healthcare services for the area. This includes GP practices, community-based services like those provided by midwives or district nurses, plus hospital-based care such as accident & emergency treatment or specialist diagnostic tests.

Services previously commissioned by the PCT are now arranged either directly by the CCG or through contracts with external providers including social enterprises and charities.
