About Approach Counselling and Coaching
Offering counselling and psychotherapy to adults all ages and children and adolescents. We help with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Phobias, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), childhood trauma, bullying, loss and bereavement, sexual trauma and domestic violence.
We also offer couple and marriage counselling as well as clinical supervision for trainee counsellors and psychotherapist.
