Kingston Primary Care Trust (PCT) was a National Health Service (NHS) organisation that provided primary care services to the population of Kingston upon Thames, England. It was established in 2002 as part of the NHS reorganisation and replaced the former South West London and St George's Mental Health Trust. The PCT was responsible for commissioning health services from providers such as GPs, dentists, opticians and community health services.

The PCT was also responsible for managing public health initiatives such as immunisations, smoking cessation programmes and healthy eating campaigns. In addition, it ran several specialist clinics such as sexual health clinics and mental health services. It also had responsibility for developing strategies to reduce health inequalities within its catchment area.

In April 2013, Kingston PCT merged with three other local trusts to form NHS South West London Commissioning Support Unit (CSU). This new organisation provides support to all four local Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in south west London in areas such as finance, performance management and IT systems.
