West London Mental Health NHS Trust (WLMHT) is a specialist mental health provider located in West London, England. The trust provides services to people living across the boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon and Hounslow and in parts of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey. WLMHT was established on 1 April 2006 following a merger between Central North West London NHS Trust and Brent Community Health Care Services.

The trust offers a wide range of services to support people with their mental health needs including community-based services; hospital-based care; specialist services for children, young people and families; recovery focused rehabilitation programmes; supported housing; counselling and psychotherapy; crisis response teams; therapeutic day programmes for adults with severe learning difficulties or autism spectrum disorder; older peoples' mental health service as well as virtual reality therapy for PTSD.

The trust also runs three major acute hospitals: Broadmoor Hospital near Crowthorne, Berkshire – one of the largest high security psychiatric hospitals in Europe - St Bernard's Hospital in Southall and Park Royal Centre for Mental Health near Hounslow Heath. These sites provide highly specialised treatment including assessment units for personality disorder patients as well as secure wards for those requiring long term treatment due to risk posed by their illness.

In addition to providing direct clinical care the trust works closely with local partners such as charities, social services providers and universities helping them develop innovative ways to deliver integrated care pathways that meet the needs of local communities across its catchment area. It is committed to working collaboratively with users so they have meaningful input into designing local mental health services that meet their individual needs thus improving outcomes through effective partnerships.
