Richmond and Twickenham Primary Care Trust (PCT) is a health care provider in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. It is responsible for providing primary care services to the local population, including GP services, community nursing, health visiting, mental health services, and sexual health services. The PCT also works in partnership with other local organisations to provide a range of health and social care services.

The PCT was established in April 2006 following the merger of Richmond and Twickenham Health Authority and Richmond and Twickenham Primary Care Group. It is part of the NHS South West London Cluster, which also includes Kingston, Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth PCTs.
