South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) is a provider of specialist health and social care services in Essex, England. The trust was established in April 2002, following the merger of Southend, Basildon and Thurrock Community Health Services NHS Trust and the Mental Health Services of Southend, Basildon and Thurrock NHS Trust. It is an integral part of the National Health Service (NHS) and provides a wide range of services across the county.

SEPT provides community health services, mental health services and learning disability services. Its community health services include district nursing, health visiting, school nursing, midwifery and sexual health. It also provides specialist services such as community stroke care, respiratory care and diabetes care. SEPT's mental health services include crisis teams, early intervention teams, assertive outreach teams and inpatient services. Its learning disability services include assessment, specialist care, support planning, day opportunities and respite care.
