Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is a mental health trust based in Oxfordshire, England. It provides specialist mental health services for adults, children and young people, as well as physical health services for those with long-term conditions such as dementia and learning disabilities. The Trust also provides specialised community services including social care, rehabilitation and intermediate care.

The Trust was founded in 2002 following the merger of two former trusts: Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust and Oxfordshire Health Services NHS Trust. Since its inception, it has grown to become one of the largest NHS providers of mental health care in England. It has an annual budget of over £750 million and employs around 7,000 staff members.

The main focus of the Trust is on delivering high-quality patient care that meets the needs of all its users. This includes providing crisis care, early intervention and prevention programmes; supporting people to live independently through personalised packages of support; offering safe environments where people can recover from illness or trauma; promoting physical activity to improve health; providing psychological therapies and treatments; working with families and communities to promote wellbeing; developing integrated healthcare pathways that provide seamless care across different settings; and managing safeguarding arrangements to protect vulnerable people.

The Trust works closely with local partners such as GPs, voluntary organisations, local councils and other service providers to ensure that its services are delivered effectively and meet local need. In addition, it has developed a number of innovative partnerships with universities, charities and employers in order to promote better mental health for everyone in Oxfordshire.

At present the Trust is undergoing a period of transformation in order to provide high quality services that meet changing population needs across the county. It is modernising its systems, processes and infrastructure while also developing new ways of working that will enable it to deliver more efficient, effective services into the future.
