Bradford District Care Trust is an NHS foundation trust responsible for delivering high-quality health and social care services across the Bradford district. The trust is also responsible for providing integrated health and social care services to over 800,000 local people living in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven.

The trust was established following the merger of Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Bradford Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust in April 2012. It provides a wide range of services including acute hospital care, mental health services, community health services, learning disability services and specialist services such as dermatology and endoscopy. The trust also provides primary care services from GP surgeries in the area, as well as providing out-of-hours GP cover.

In addition to providing healthcare services to patients in the area, the trust also works with local partners to develop and provide preventive health initiatives and other community-based programmes. This includes engaging with schools, employers and voluntary organisations to identify ways to reduce health inequalities and improve services for local people.
