My belief is that we are stronger than we think and braver than we feel. Sometimes life challenges affect us and we need some objective support to get back to balance. My aim is to support you through emotional and physical issues with inspirational one to one sessions using Kinesiology, Liberating Touch, Counselling and Bach Flower Remedies. I am a specialist in skin and allergies and, through my own experience, have a particular interest in working with women who face confidence challenges. You can also come and have fun with a bit of pamper by having a make up lesson or your make up applied.
