Zucca, a firm favourite with the pre theatre crowds, aims to offer a combination of friendly service, creative but simple menus alongside an unpretentious selection of great Italian wines, all at good value.
The menu is elegant but simple and it includes dishes such as the Chef signature of potato Gnocchi with braised duck and pistachio.
In both, the restaurant and café, the menu ranges from the most classical, such as Meatballs and Bolognese made with prime Scotch beef & pork and Risottos that reflect both seasonality and the kitchen’s creativity, to the most innovative combination maintaining a Mediterranean theme throughout.
