Brighton Cookery School is an innovative and creative cookery school located in the very heart of Brighton.
We specialise in recreating the total “Restaurant” experience, with you as the chef and diner!
Brighton cookery school is the perfect place for holding your event. Our team will help host your corporate/team building events with a difference. Let your team relax under the informal yet professional guidance that our chefs provide, whilst still having that competitive, fun, team bonding part to your day.
We also provide the ideal venue for your parties, ranging from Birthday celebrations, Anniversaries, Valentine experiences to Hen and Stag parties. Guests are welcomed with a glass of fizz and canapés as they arrive and then proceed to cook their own delicious three course meal supported by our team.
We have various mouth-watering menus in place; bespoke menus can also be tailored to your specific requirements. As well as our ‘Restaurant Experience’, we now offer the ‘Brighton Bake Off’ session, our ‘Master Chef’ class, ‘Valentine Wine and Dine’ experience and the indulgent ‘Chocolatier experience’.
Our philosophy is for you to ‘learn, cook, eat’, whilst having fun with friends, loved ones or colleagues.
