I have lived in Northern Ireland, France, UK, South Africa and USA. As a result, I gained a passion for people and the different life stories you encounter. Married with two young children, we have now settled back to our favourite part of the world which is Yorkshire! My BSc Psychology degree was completed at Leicester University and I did my formal counselling training in the US. My professional background includes the education sector and I have been practising for the last 10 years. I aim to help and empower others to meet and exceed their personal and professional goals, giving clients the tools to confidently face difficult situations.
