The studio specialising in Corrective Pilates taught by qualified Instructors. Other classes at the Studio include Spin, Fitness Pump, Metafit, Boot Camp and Total Body Conditioning. There is even a seniors class on friday at 11.25am! Classes are held 7 days a week mornings, some lunchtimes and evenings. Pilates sessions are £8.00 per session or £40.00 per 6 sessions. All other classes are £5.00 per session or £28.00 per month.
