I am a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I am qualified to teach Exercise to Music (Aerobics, Step, Circuits, Bootcamp, Body Conditioning), EXTEND (Over Sixties and the Less Able) Fitness Pilates and Pilates. I specialise in Pilates for people recovering from injuries and illnesses and other specialist populations.
