Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is a large acute hospital trust located in Stockport, Greater Manchester, England. It provides services to the people of Stockport and surrounding areas, as well as specialist services to patients from across the North West of England. The trust was formed in April 2000 following the merger of Stockport Healthcare NHS Trust and Stockport Primary Care Trust.

The trust operates from two main sites - Stepping Hill Hospital and Hazel Grove Primary Care Centre. Stepping Hill Hospital is the main hospital site and provides a range of acute services including accident and emergency, medical and surgical care, maternity services, critical care, mental health services and outpatient services. Hazel Grove Primary Care Centre provides community-based health care services such as general practice, district nursing, health visiting, midwifery and podiatry.

The trust also provides specialist services including cancer care at its Christie Cancer Centre, cardiac care at its Heart Centre and stroke care at its Stroke Unit. It also runs several outreach clinics across the region to provide access to specialist services closer to home for patients living in more rural areas.

The trust employs over 6,000 staff members who work together to provide high quality patient-centred care.
