Fitness+ Ladies Studio

We are a boutique style ladies only gym on Poulton Industrial Estate offering a choice of memberships to suit individual needs. We run an appointment based system between the hours of 7am and 7 pm so that there is no waiting around for equipment. I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer and will be on hand at all times to make sure every member is exercising in a correct and safe way.
