We offer individual, couple and group Counselling, Psychotherapy and Supervision. We use a range of theoretical approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) Psychodynamic, Person Centered, Humanistic and TA (Transnational Analysis). Our Counselling and Psychotherapy Training courses from level 2 through to Full Diploma Level 4 is accredited and quality checked by NCS the National Counselling Society and the Professional standards authority.
