I work using a variety of techniques to stretch tight muscles, stimulate inactive muscles and improve the condition of soft tissues. Sports massage will help to enable your body to move more freely, as well as enhancing your physical activity, support the prevention of injury and assist in that all important recovery.
Sports massage isn't just for those who participate in sport! This type of massage can help anyone suffering with aches, pains and tension brought on by everyday things such as work, driving, carrying children and even walking the dog.
Kinesiology taping also available :) Free as part of a 1 hour treatment - if required.
