Exceptional meat cooked on the braai, fired by real wood & real love. Braai is a South African barbecue. Not to be mistaken with any other barbecue you’ve ever had. A braai is special for so many reasons. Back in South Africa almost all the braai’s are fired with wood (don’t even utter the word gas) this gives the food a smokey, aromatic flavour.
