So many of you spend your lives helping people get through the toughest times of their lives - the loss of someone they love. But you also need help when it happens to you.
That's where I come in.
I am a Humanist Celebrant, trained and accredited by Humanists UK.
My celebrancy is based on my desire to to help people celebrate and mourn in an authentic, meaningful, and fitting way. If, like me, you are not religious, or are but would prefer a well-crafted, bespoke funeral as unique as the person you're mourning, then a humanist funeral may be the answer.
One of my core beliefs as a humanist is that we only have this one life to live. I do not believe there is anything that comes next and, because of that, I think funerals and memorials should focus on the person being remembered, their life's journey, and the impact they had on the world, rather than on anything else.
