Experienced hypnotherapist specialising in working with anxiety, phobias, sleep issues and weight management.
I offer a combination of solution-focused therapy, with cognitive behavioural therapy techniques, with hypnotherapy to help my clients to make change. The majority of my work is with anxiety and anxiety-associated issues, such as panic, phobias and sleep problems and I really enjoy seeing the happy changes in my clients.
