We are a local two story gym based in Deal. We offer free inductions, free program plans and 6 week follow up appointments for our members to ensure they stay on track for progress. We have nutrition plans handy for those who need help in that area too. What makes us unique from other gyms is that we hold education seminars at the gym to help members improve their training knowledge and technique. We also have a personal training and a protein shake bar on site with other great quality products.
