The Paper Mill is an award winning bar and brasserie situated in a picturesque location on the banks of the River North Esk, just a mile south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The Paper Mill is open all year round for breakfast, lunch and dinner, between 9am and 9pm. We are proud to have a Visit Scotland "Taste Our Best" accreditation for our focus on fresh, seasonal produce. Our bar is stocked with a wide range of craft beers, along with a fantastic wine list to suit all pockets, and a great selection of cocktails.
