Association of Ki Aikido

Aikido is a martial art that combines self-protection with calmness of mind and health. It is non-aggressive and non-competitive, and allows the user to control people and keep safe, with the focus on defusing conflict, whether at work or in the street. Suitable to women and men of all ages. We've taught police, security personnel and medical staff. We offer a free introductory trial lesson to everyone. Mat fees thereafter are kept very low and we offer an additional 20% off for all NHS staff.
