Set in 38 acres of green parkland with wildlife and lakes there is a relaxed vibe and space for children to play. Onsite facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool, fish and chip shop, laundrette, free wifi lounge, entertainment clubhouse, shop, and play area, all a few minutes level walk to the beach. Located in the heart of South Devon's top attractions there is plenty to amuse the whole family. The South West Coast Path, Exe Estuary cycle route, kayaking, family theme parks, Dartmoor National Park, the cathedral city of Exeter, and the English Riviera resorts of Torbay, Paignton and Brixham.
