The Studio BR1 is a fresh and vibrant private Private Fitness Studio located on East Street, Bromley. We have a small team of the best personal trainers in the area to take you through the workouts whether it be a Power Plate session, personal training session or small group training (maximum of 6 people per class) . We offer a variety of small group training classes such as- Boxing Kick boxing Boot Camp Plus much more, please see website. Our aim is to provide a fun and effective training environment to help you achieve your fitness goals. NO CONTRACTS just pay for your course and use within 90 days.
