Pilates is an exercise method that focuses on mind and body connection. It is a form of exercise that is controlled and focuses on joint balance and correct movement patterns. Retraining our bodies to improve stability and mobility so that we can move more efficiently. Pilates can be practiced by many different people with many different goals; such as recovering from injury or illness, sports performance or to help with everyday niggles.
