About Boogie shoes fitness - classes

I run 3 total body conditioning classes for adult ladies. Focusing on strength training, also within each varied workout I cover elements of cardiovascular training & hiit, endurance, Flexibility, balance coordination, alignment & posture. These classes run every Monday Wednesday & Friday 9-10am. I also run a children's street dance class every Wednesday 4.30 - 5.30 pm
