Previously known to many as The Fat Cat Cafe Bar, The Exchange Bar & Kitchen was taken on by local businessmen all employed by Fat Cat at some point and with a desire to re-open one of Hanley’s best venues.? The Exchange Kitchen has an American influenced menu that caters for most tastes, with a selection of mouth-watering burgers to classic mains such as seared tuna steak. With most of our ingredients locally sourced and handpicked from local suppliers, The Exchange is driven by helping growth amongst local businesses.
