I am a Integrative Psychotherapist and Cogntive Behavioural Therapist offering 1:1 group, family and couples therapy. I work within the NICE guidelines in relation to therapy and am accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.My areas of expertise include trauma and secondary trauma, workplace stress and bullying, depression and anxiety and relationship difficulties.
