Here at SMOAK all the meat we serve is carefully sourced from local farms rubbed or brined and overnight before we marinade, then sous vide or SMOAK over hard woods for up to 14hrs. Whether your having a platter or one of our many burgers you can be sure your in for a meaty treat.
