Elizabeth Caton Food and Wine

Elizabeth Caton Food and Wine is a catering company run by two sisters, one of whom graduated from the Prue Leith cookery school with student of the year. Following extensive experience working in different establishments – from Michelin starred restaurants to renowned cookery schools – Elizabeth and Charlotte returned to their home town of Brighton to start their own company, which uses locally sourced and seasonal ingredients to cater for weddings, parties and corporate events.
