I am a personal trainer that works from home with my own gym. I help people of all ages to get to where they would like to be. I devise personal programmes around your lifestyle. I provide fun, laughter and of course hard work. My home is set in an idyllic place surrounded by the countryside so you can take your mind off work and be distracted by the beauty of outside.I am a boxercise and kick boxer instructor so boredom isn't a factor at all.... Whatever your goals and aspirations I can help you get there however as I say I can take a horse to water but can't make it drink..... You can come to me as many times per week as you would like and I will help you with diet, nutrition if needs be. Have a go exercise is fun.....
