Classical Pilates UK provide Pilates teacher training in mat, reformer, chair cadillac, barrels and accessories. While there are many companies who offer short courses using modified Pilates to the Medical Professional Classical Pilates UK provide the full classical repertoire which can be modified for injuries/medical conditions or taught in full to healthy bodies and athletes who need stability, strength and flexibility . Our programme uses the Corpus Pilates training manuals and DVDS and are approved by Active IQ a leading awarding body for sports and exercise. The matwork course can be completed in a 10 day intensive or 3 x 2 1/2 days and 1x 2 days. Assessments follow 3-4 months after training course ends. On successful completion of the course you will be eligible to register on the Regsiter of Exercise Professionals. We can provide you with links to Physiotherapists who have completed a matwork programme with us and they can explain why the Classical Pilates method is Pilates and the benefits to you as a Medical Professional and to your Patients.
