4 Bedroom adult only guest house. All 4 rooms are double rooms [room rate 60 gbp per nights], but we rent them out as single rooms, at 30 gbp per night. The rate includes breakfast:- cooked/cereals/toast/fresh ground coffee or teas. 3 of the rooms are ensuite and 1 has a private shower and toilet; each has a TV with Freeview, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities and radio alarm clock. We are recommended, as excellent, on TripAdvisor, and handily located near to the seafront, leisure centre, town centre and St Georges Park. Breakfast is served between 08.30 and 09.00, but we are flexible for earlier breakfast, ie, 08.00 start.
