I offer Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for issues such as Stress, Anxiety, Phobias, Anger Issues, Exam Nerves, Driving Test Nerves. I also run Eight Week Mindfulness Training at the Maple Leaf Clinic, Thursdays 7.15pm - 8.45PM. Start date May 5th.
