About North Pier

North Pier is the oldest and longest of Blackpool's three world famous piers. Since opening in 1863 the Pier has been a must do attraction for residents of and visitors to the resort providing a mixture of family fun, entertainment and refreshment while enjoying the benefit of a walk along it's 1,650ft/500m length. Through several changes of ownership, surviving fire and storm damage North Pier Blackpool continues to hold a special place in many hearts.
