We all at some point in our lives need help to move forward with whatever may be holding us back. I provide strong support, huge empathy and understanding. I use experienced tools to empower you and give you that strength you need to feel happier and more confident in life all round. am a qualified therapeutic counsellor, I work integratively, this means I combine 3 different approaches to therapy depending on your needs. The 3 models I use are Person centred, Cognitive behavioural therapy and the Pyschodynamic approach. As a full member of the British association of counselling and psychotherapy I ensure client confidentiality and work proudly within their values and ethics. I have worked successfully with adults, couples and children and provide counselling for a wide range of issues or concerns.
