Staff are qualified in many areas including Personal training, life coaching, general and sports nutrition.GP referral, hormonal issues, pain and stress relief. We also have a general and orthopaedic trained nurse who is also a sports injury practitioner. We help clients with various health issues and strive to improve their overall healthy lifestyle.
