Age of Light Holistic Therapies

Age of Light Holistic Therapies and Workshops offers a wide range of complementary therapies including, Aromatherapy, Crystal therapy, Hopi ear candles, Reflexology, Indian head massage and Reiki. I am also a Reiki Master and provide teaching and attunements up to Master level in the Usui and Karuna branches of Reiki. My practice includes workshops in Reiki and Angelic and Crystal healing. My Relax and Revitalise sessions provide taster therapies and stress relieving techniques for small groups.
