About The White Horse
The White Horse Inn and Restaurant is a privately owned quintessential English village Inn set on the edge of the beautiful Welland Valley. Built in 1706 as a Coaching Inn, the property has retained its oak beams, and exposed stone wall character yet incorporates an elegant a la carte restaurant serving a selection fit for any inquisitive passing gourmand.
The restaurant is furnished to a high standard and is the ideal venue for a romantic dinner for two or a larger party. The White Horse offers imaginative, well prepared food which is all locally sourced and prepared under the direction of the team of chefs who use only fresh seasonal ingredients to create dishes to suit everyone, with menus changing daily. The five en suite bedrooms are all well-appointed, all bedrooms are located on the ground floor and a combination of doubles and singles.
