Vikki Holloway provides workshops to enable teams to understand themselves and each other better and offers tools and techniques that can be used in the workplace and at home to improve personal wellbeing and enhance coping mechanisms. Workshops can be tailored to the team and based around stress awareness and improving well-being; communication and enhancing team performance. Workshops can be held nationally.
