Adventure Fitness provides outdoor fitness classes, team building events and survival courses. Our Outdoor fitness classes are located at Elmdon park in Solihull and are designed to help people loose weight, tone up and get fit. It's all outdoors so its a great to invigorate the mind in the fresh air after a day in the office.
