About The Active Weigh
Healthy Eating and Fitness Classes throughout Bracknell. We offer a weigh in and weight management advice followed by a 45 minutes exercise session. The exercise is based at a level for all capabilities and can be tailored to suit those who have not exercised for a while. Our classes include, aerobics, circuits, boxercise, salsa, dancefit, zumba, fitness pilates and HiiT. Bootcamps are run throughout the summer months
