A combination of hydraulic and cardiovascular equipment plus free weights and a large matted area gives us the opportunity to focus on all aspects of our ladies requirements.
Workouts are regularly updated on a daily basis to provide our ladies with new challenges, and constant encouragement from our resident fitness instructor Gemma adds that extra motivation.
