We have nine Toning Chairs which will tone you from head to toe. The chairs are great for inch loss, flexibility and mobility. We also have 9 Technogym Easyline stations which are hydraulic and are used in a circuit with Step aerobic moves in between the stations, As you will be able to see from our Testimonials page we have already had a great deal of success from all angles. We have two Vibrostations which can burn 350 calories in each 10 minute session, which is equivalent to a one hour gym workout. Check out the Vibrostation page in this website to get some more benefits of using these amazing machine. We have also introduced Diet Express which is a unique 13 week lifecycle change in a diet style programme which combines 1-2-1 weekly consultations, daily recording of food and exercise in a journal without counting points or weighing portions. At Natural Tone we like things easy and this is a great example of straightforward and successful! We have introduced a Personal Trainer to our already incredibly talented team and he is running Circuit Training and Exercise sessions. More information can be found further along in this website.
For our treatments we will be using the most natural, and in most cases, organic products that we can source as we believe that what goes on your skin goes in. Most products will be available for you to purchase to continue your treatments at home. Having said that if you struggle to find the time and energy to do this your self, please come back and we will be happy to continue to spoil you rotten!
