Women's Self Defence Courses. The courses are tailored to female staff and lone workers. Escape techniques are mainly taught and there is some scenario training too. Although Defensive Arts is based in Exeter one-day courses can be arranged within a 2hr radius if you can arrange a group. Normally, open public courses are held at venues in Exeter.
