The gym at YMCA Surbiton, Kingston and Wimbledon has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. Recently refurbished and re-fitted with all new Precor equipment it is spacious and has ample equipment and so queues for machines are rare. The gym is equipped with TV’s and cardio theatre; so you can work-out to your favorite music or make sure you don’t miss your favorite TV programme. Y+ Fitness Instructors are always on hand to help advise you in your work out. Included with membership is the ‘Get Started Programme’, five one-to-one appointments that will help you get the most from your work-out.
