About Nam Yang Staffordshire
We teach relaxation through meditation, Qi Gong and Tai Chi. We live very stressful lives and need to learn to balance our lives in order to regain our health and wellbeing.
The slow and gentle movements of Qi Gong and Tai Chi will help us to discover how to breathe in the correct way to enhance our enrgy levels and increase our imune system. It also teaches us to relieve stress and to cope with problems of everyday living.
