About Challenge Fitness

In a stressful environment where you seem to be up against deadlines all the time you need to make time for yourself. Pilates and Tai Chi can make that difference for you. Both these disciplines work on the internal you making you leaner, stronger and calmer; you are working with your parasympathetic system and away from the usual "flight or fight" system. Emmett therapy and Emm-Tech courses also offered.
